Tour traffic

Google Cloud hosts the page and provides Connected Stage with aggregate page requests by country. This helps us understand tour interest and operate the page. Counts include repeat requests and automated traffic; they are not unique people or sessions.

We add no analytics cookie, browser identifier, Google Analytics, or Firebase Analytics. We do not use raw IP addresses or user-agent details for audience profiling. Aggregate Cloud Monitoring metrics are available for 24 months and only existing platform operators can access the dashboard.

Google Cloud also creates operational request logs that can contain an IP address, user agent, requested URL, and referrer. These logs are kept separate from the audience dashboard under Google Cloud Logging’s default 30-day retention and used only for security, reliability, and troubleshooting.

Ticket updates

When you join the mailing list, we store your email address, chosen tour shows, consent wording, and submission time so Connected Stage can provide the ticket updates you requested. Signups are unverified, and no messages are sent yet. We keep this information while needed for those updates and applicable legal requirements.

External embeds

Social media and music embeds from YouTube, X, Instagram, TikTok, Spotify, and Apple load automatically. Those providers may receive request data, use cookies, and process data outside your country under their own privacy terms. This traffic is separate from our aggregate tour dashboard.

Your choices and rights

Connected Stage relies on your request for ticket-update emails and its legitimate interests in operating and understanding aggregate use of this tour page. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, object to, or restrict use of your information.
